Your part: look and react.
The build
depends on scopeWe write, build and set up the hosting. If you take the chatbot or the Instagram DM assistant, we feed it your services, opening hours and contact details, or for coaches your questions and criteria. For the Instagram DM assistant you connect your professional account yourself through a sign-in link on Instagram. You never hand over your password. You hear from us when we need something.
Your part: send a logo, photos and your details, if you have them. For the Instagram DM assistant: connect the account through the sign-in link.
Live and looked after
ongoingWe put it live, check it on real devices and hand you the logins. Changes take one sentence from you and we make them.
Your part: tell us when something changes.
