What does it actually cost?
You get a quote up front with a fixed amount for the build, plus the monthly rate if you take one. Nothing else is added unless you order it.
Why is there no price on the page?
Because the scope varies so much from business to business. A number on this page would be either too high or too low. After a 30-minute call you have one that fits.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, at the end of the month. The build is paid once, and your text, photos and domain stay yours.
What if I do not like the draft?
Say so after the draft and we stop there. You pay nothing up to that point.
What can the chatbot do in the package?
It answers questions about your services, opening hours and price range, puts appointments in your calendar and emails you callback requests and complaints. It does not answer the phone and sends no text messages.
Can I have the Instagram assistant without a website?
Yes. It answers the direct messages on your Instagram professional account and needs no website from us to do so. It is quoted individually too, as a monthly service you can cancel at the end of any month.
Can I combine the chatbot and the Instagram assistant?
Yes. That is the “AI chatbot + Instagram DM assistant” tier. Both assistants are also available together with a website and hosting.
Do you work outside Uster?
Yes. The call is on video, and everything else is remote anyway.
