AI chatbot
Answers questions, even at ten at night.
A chatbot on your website, trained on your services, your opening hours and how things work at your business. It answers straight away, puts appointments in your calendar — and says so openly when it does not know, instead of guessing.
How a conversation goes.
Pick what the visitor asks. The chat then plays out the way it would on a real site.
A staged demo with a made-up business. The names, numbers, address and prices are invented.
Good evening, Salon Muster. What would you like to know?
Are you open on Monday?
Monday is our closed day. Tuesday to Friday we are here from 9 to 18.30, Saturday until 16.00.
Tuesday at ten then, does that work?
It does. Give me your name and email address and I will put it in, with the confirmation on its way by email.
What it does today
- Questions about services, opening hours and how things work
- Price ranges from a list you approve
- Appointments straight into your calendar, confirmed by email
- Answers around the clock, weekends included
- Callback requests and complaints emailed to you, complaints flagged in the subject line
- German and English, other languages on request
- Runs on your website, no extra app
What it does not do
We are adding to it step by step. What is written here is what works today — and what does not.
- It does not take phone calls. We do not offer telephony.
- It sends no text messages. Confirmations go by email.
- It quotes no binding prices, does not negotiate and signs nothing.
- With a complaint it promises neither a refund nor a discount. How you handle it is your call.
- For anything binding we get in touch ourselves; it replaces no conversation.
- Whatever it is not sure about, it says so and points to you.
Common questions
Can it book appointments?
Yes. It asks for a name and email address, a phone number if the visitor cares to give one, puts the appointment in your calendar and emails them a confirmation. Beyond that it commits to nothing.
Can it answer the phone?
No. Today we offer the chat on the website and the Instagram DM assistant, no telephony.
Will visitors notice they are writing to an AI?
Yes. It is labelled as a chatbot and says so directly when asked. We recommend being open about it — that lands better than trying to hide it.
What happens when it does not know something?
It says so and points to your contact details. It does not guess and does not make things up.
What happens with a complaint?
It shows understanding, promises nothing and offers a callback. If the person leaves a name and phone number, you get an email clearly marked as a complaint in the subject line — so you can get in touch before the frustration turns into a bad review. Without contact details there is nothing for it to pass on.
Where are the conversations processed?
Your website and its data sit on servers in Europe. The answers themselves come from Anthropic’s language model, which stores the data in the USA. What is stored and for how long goes into your site’s privacy notice.
How long does setup take?
That depends on how much information you provide. Once your services, opening hours, price details and calendar access are in, we give you a firm date.
We set it up with your information.
You see it on a test page before it goes onto your website.
